The Cardio Component
Coaching for the committed athlete. We specialise in coaching triathletes and athletes performing across the spectrum of endurance and multi-disciplinary sports.
The Explosive Component
Coaching for the athlete who would like – to find out if structured training is for them – gain coaching insight into how to set and achieve thieir fitness goals – or as a fitness push in the lead up to an event.
The Strength Component
Bespoke course of S&C sessions which I deliver online or, in person, at the Raw Gym. As a Royal Marine Rehab PTI and S&C coach, I am highly experienced in complex rehabilitation. Raw Rehab can help you – address imbalances – build a return to fitness post injury or surgery – establish an S&C program specific to your sport.
